ABOUT ME

My name is Mike Davis and I founded this platform with a singular vision: to redefine the concept of men's well-being. I have an amazing wife and 3 wonderful children. I spent almost 15 years on active duty before injuries forced me out. I found myself in a Severe Depression, Chronic Pain and overwhelming amounts of anger. I had spent 20 years teaching Leadership and Personal Development, both in the military and civilian sectors.

I also had over a decade running command level fitness programs for the military. None of that was helping me because I couldn't get out of my own way.

I had NO STRUCTURE, NO ACCOUNTABILITY. With my family and marriage FALLING APART, I started looking for help. I started working with a coach in a program with STRUCTURE and ACCOUNTABILITY.

As I started building systems into my everyday life, I found my PURPOSE. To help other men get themselves out of the DARKNESS that I just left. Because of my multitude of injuries, surgeries, and personal struggles with PTSD, I am uniquely qualified to work with men as they struggle to get back that fire REGARDLESS of injury
